To everyone that has been missing out. My Cue Repair Lathes now comes with custom made 1.4" Bore Headstock with either a 3 or 4 Jaw Chuck and optional Rear Chuck too, 1/2HP DC motor with Rev. Rotation. (Penn State) What comes with it is 48" bed with 15" or 38" track, 2 Steady Rests and 5 reducing Delrin Collets, chuck collets, Carriage with Custom Handwheel, and dual slot tool post with 4 different cutting bits ( round nose, boring, right and left hand, and cut off tool), Tailstock with 1/2"chuck and concave live center, foot controler.
(You get all the above with 90day warrenty for only $1295)
Looking for something cheaper call and ask about my basic cue repair lathes starting @ $699
There are mutiple upgrade options available

considering you opened you mouth without any idea what you were saying then stuck your foot in your mouth, respond and straighten things out. Doing the right thing makes more friends than being a jerk.

First, I know what I said and I know its true, I dont appreciate your arrogent remarks,and disrespectful comments you dont know me or anything about me, yet here you are posting this on my add. I did not attack anyone, with what i said, but here you are attacking me. the headstock in question is made by taig and taig only sells those headstocks to chris no one else, so maybe the word "fact" was a little over the top, but your reply right hear is way out of line, so I hope you learned something tonight,"considering you opened you mouth without any idea what you were saying, so stick your foot in your mouth,and do not respond or reply to this post, cause I will never skin to your level again and give you a Reply.

Sorry to hijack your thread, but since you posted in that thread and then have avoided defending your post, I felt the need to pin you here. My remarks are no more out of line than yours were, at least mine are based on some truth. In case you may have forgotten your post, Your quote from the other thread was this:

Now, unless you're the guy selling this item, how would you know all this for a fact?? Offer some proof, seems simple to me. No offence, but no one knows you here, so your word is a little thin. You made a statement, and put your rep on the line, and you made a blanket statement about other members (in red) Now you're saying it was a Taig headstock, in your other post you stated it to be a Hightower.
Are you also aware that the person that is selling this on ebay also was selling knock offs about a year ago? And others have also? Without Taig involved? so are you really sure about your facts??? YOU took the time to take a shot at others and also provide what appears to be false info, and you have the balls to bi#$ at me for pointing it out? You SHOULD post a retraction, or at least CORRECT your previous statement in that thread. The fact that you haven't even attempted to, and instead blast me for pionting it out, shows what kind of person you may really be.....
You come on ONLY to SELL then make a less than informed post about this and then won't man up to correct it?

The lesson learned should be this: Someone who comes here to ONLY sell not contribute anything of substance is what they appear to be.
The main point of my response is mainly to point out that if your going to post somethng, make it accurate as possible, and man up when you screwup. You may not agree, but in a public forum, I have that right to do so as much as you have the right to advertize your products for FREE. I at least try to contribute when I can, you have even ignored potential customers questions.
The fact you responded, and the way that you did, tells me that my time wasn't wasted, think about that for a minute. If you don't want to read what I write, then put me on your ignore list, not a problem. But as a heads up, I'm not the only one that feels this way.......
P.S. Not really sure what 'skin to my level' really means, but sounds a bit painful, so I agree, don't do it:grin:

You do realize you are talking to what could have been potential customers??

If you have the luxury of wealth, feel free to be rude and ignore questions about your equipment.

I will certainly concur with the remark that your attitude is poor.
