Age

Not sure everyone that has a slate pool table realizes that all sentiment slate is millions of years old. We all have million year old pieces of earth that was once under intense heat and pressure..

The thing is, does age = better hitting shaft? I for one, like a bit of flex to my shaft, more of a feel coming though it, instead of a stiff hit.

Somewhere between a Predator Z2 (which to me is very stiff) and a Samsara shaft (which was so whippy I thought they made it out of a willow branch).
