Hey Rodger. I have one of the bamacues aka joe lilley really nice butt they had made a few years back. I just need an inexpensive shaft as it's not money wise investing in a higher end shaft. A used joss or falcon shaft would do fine or a cheap used ob or similar aftermarket.
 
I have a shaft made from a Prather blank . The collar is a bit undersized at .820 at the collar, it is 13 mm with an ivory ferrule and a MH Moori tip. Perfectly straight and ding free. I used it on a R Black cue and never had any issues with it being a bit under sized at the collar , I recall a big discussion an azb about that. This shaft is also 30 in. $100
I also have a Lucasi zero flexpoint shaft you might consider,,has the black collar and silver ring. 12.75 mm with a milk dud tip . It is clean and straight also. $125 gets it to you door.

Too much difference At joint..820 mighty slim.
 
i have a nice shaft however it has a ring with the dash marks and red dots in between, not sure who made it. ferrule looks to be ivory hits light out

Sorry, i didn't read your whole post i cant let this shaft go cheap, i was told it was a szambotti or black sorry. I'll keep an eye out for a cheap shaft for you
