I don't take anything but I know some people who swear by Super Mega Crackamethaiceocaine. 

I used to drink 5 hour energy all the time and the decaf is the best for an intense workout. For anything less than an intense workout you can actually benefit from the caffeine. My doctor said the amount of caffeine in a single cup of coffee can help increase your workout efficiency quite a bit.
Caffeine from tea is the least jitter-inducing kind out there. I used to drink an Inko's white tea energy drink every once in a while... but I've started drinking a ton of black tea instead, and it's working great. I have a 2 year old so I'll drink a bunch of tea the day after a poor night of sleep. The heat and the mild caffeine will wake me up for a solid hour... and I'll just keep making more tea throughout the day.
If I didn't have time to make tea I'd just keep ordering Inko's white tea energy. That stuff is a life-saver when you have a baby![]()
