Lets hope not. Watching paint dry is about as fun to watch.

The suggestion that this game somehow incorporates the best of American pool because it uses pool-size balls and that the game is eight ball is, to me, a little out there.

Eight ball is the least interesting, most repetitious, game to watch in American pool by a long shot. It is not, as is suggested, the game that offers the best test of all around cueing skills and play.

I'm glad to see Heyball offering a good living to so many cueists, but it is no surprise that there are so few Heyball tables in America. The money, not the game, has captured the imagination of a few of the world's top pool players that live outside of Asia, but really not that many of them.

There is no doubt, however, that if huge prize money is made available in Heyball events contested in America and Europe, more top pool players will give it a go.
