Just wanted to put this out there in case anyone with a Cueman or a MidAmerica lathe was looking for more accuracy.

I got this for my deluxe a year or so ago, comes in handy for certain operations. Through hole will not hold butt of cue.

I'm NOT selling these just letting you guys that want something like this know about it, in case most didn't!

I bought this directly from Taig, luckily only 10 miles from me.

Can't find nylon 5c collets on Taig website?
Looking for source less spendy than Hardinge ($53 each) .

Would love to find delrin/nylon collets for a Jacobs rubberflex. They have up to 1-3/8" OD capacity. More than enough for butts.

I can't remember if it was on AZB but someone was printing soft collets at one point. Getting pretty good accuracy IIRC. Library can print for cheap if you bring the program. Need to learn more.

The collets are called 5c emergency collets. You bore them out to whatever size you need, just do a search for them.

Have 2 deep file drawers full of E collets. Literally a couple hundred including step chucks and closers up to 6", along with 4c.
But they are all steel and bronze/brass.

Was hoping i missed the nylon 5c items on Taig but apparently not?

Hardinge is 3 miles away in town, but as noted, the "source" is spendy.
Everything but nylon is cheap and readily available at auctions and even on eBay.
