Deadline for reserving rooms at the discount rate for this event is next Tuesday August 9, 2011. The rooms are $89 or $79 with a $50 credit for a total of $129 per night. This is an upscale resort and the prices for the rooms have dropped $20-$30 per night. Here is the hotel contact info:

Regular entry deadline is next Tuesday Aug. 16th. Get your entries in and let's make this a continued annual event. Last year we had in the neighborhood of 200 players. If we can continue to grow the event, the hotel will be up for more sponsorship. The link for entries is posted above.
