60" Birdseye Maple

19.2 Oz

4.3 oz shaft 30"
14.9 oz butt 30"

There are 6 sets of rings with 8 ringlets (i don't think thats a word lol) in each

I dyed some white irish linen red mahagony to match the stain on the buttsleeve and joint, then sealed over the wrap as requested by the customer.

Balance: 19.25" from buttcap (equlivent to 18.6" on 58" cue)

Customer took the pics with a Iphone when he came over too look at it. Putting on the tip tonight and delivering tomorrow.

Not sure why the one pics is upside down lol...its right side up on my computer? Must the the twilight zone. Going to take better pics tomorrow.

enjoy,

went to the local Rickochets to drop the cue off. Their bouncer Boose was at the door and I handed him his cue. He's a tall guy guess about 6' 3" and broad with really big hands.

With a normal length cue he couldn't get a good stroke on the ball, and he would complain about how all the cues felt like tooth pics lol. So I made it long and a little oversized and 13mm @ tip.

He was very happy with the cue I'm glad to say. Fit him very well. He plays mostly all bar box pool on some quick tables. The full maple construction gives it a little softer hit, along with the extra meat on its bones. Its stiff/ has alot of spine but surprisingly shoots soft spin shots very well. This is by combination of taper, mass and the shorty ferrule I installed along with the full maple construction.

I was very happy myself with how it played. I shot a few racks with it and I shot suprisingly well with it, as Its way too big for me lol but balanced out well so I didn't really notice the extra length b/h my grip hand.

Nice having happily satisfied customers :)

Going to see if he would like to become a member and put up his own review of the cue for members interested in any of my work.

thanks again everyone,
-Keebie
