Anyone play in this league. Love the concept, however most league pool is played in bars with pay tables. Sounds like a waste of money and balls when some poor soul only shoots a 3 and 12 balls are left up. I'm old school an we always shoot all the balls off the table cause we payed for those balls you know. People arn't going to let you PRACTICE shooting the remaining balls off the table. Now I really don't care about the quarters myself cause I got money growing on trees in my backyard, but some folks don't have those trees. So here is the answer. Make your own modified rules. If you leave 9 balls still up you are required to play opp 9ball for a beer. Hell your probably drinking anyway right? But of course the non drinkers won't like it and another guy just doesn't have the coin. Thats the problem with league pool, theres always something to ***** about. But I can,t quit. Been playing league over 30 yrs.
