Break shots....
Something I would add (don't know if I should be letting this all out), but if you analyze tables and clusters, visualize where the balls will go on a break shot. I rarely 'cherry pick' on break shots, most of the time I hit the cluster firmly and take my rolls. If you break them up softer, many times the balls will take off towards a rail, causing you unwanted angles or distance for the next shot. If you break them more firmly, the balls will rush towards the other rails, and come back off the rail back towards the cueball giving you a better next shot.
'When in doubt, go the extra rail' - One of the personal rules I play by.
On a big table, that rule may not hold as true as it does on a 7 footer.
