This is NOT an open event. You may play if you have not had a 5-6th or better finish in any major tournament. ie Fast Eddies 9Ball Tour, Midwest 9 Ball Tour, Joss Northeast Tour etc.

We have a council to determine eligibility for players that do not play in tournaments or may have had a 5-6th or better finish with extenuating circumstances.

Please call to see if you qualify. To "GET ON THE LIST" you must call by Friday before the event or mail your entry FEE in early. You must be present at 10:00am PAID OR NOT or any "stand-by" players will be awarded your spot. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you pay ahead and can't make it by 10:00am and you lose your place to a stand by, you WILL get a full refund.

To pull this off in 1 day we must start ON time.

There will be NO more seeding. All draws will be random!

Good luck with the tournament Ray! I already have plans to go to Lone Star Park to bet on the ponies and watch the fireworks show there afterwards!

Hey Ray, for some reason I didn't think you had this tourney near the fourth of July - this is awesome news! I am gonna try and make it I know I say that all the time, but I am planning on it again this time.

i am tossing the idea around but i want to have this cue made! tulipwood into ebony fullsplice!!....help me decide ray!

this needs to be at the top!!! it will be a little heavy....i will get the ebony and tulipwood both cored, use a G-10 pin and probably no weight bolt to get it under 20oz...*sigh*...but it will look sick when it's done!

How many players are signed up? I am thinking about driving up to the tournament from Houston. Just trying to see what it might look like.
 
This month will be $750 added thanks to A-Tex Family Fun Center (www.atexfamilyfun.com) and Clicks Billiards! That's awesome money for a mid-level tournament!

My sponsors are donating products for us to raffle to off-set the added money for this event. So encourage your friend to come out to the tournament or tune in to the free live stream! This should be a fun one!

We will only be selling Raffle tickets here on the forum, on the stream live and live at Clicks. I will be posting details of the raffle soon!

7/8 - $80 Chris Mooney and I don't have a clue I think

Josh Harris and I collected most of the Meeting money..We split everyone but Yoko and Jim C bought Henry..
