I ran 76 tonight. It was the first time that I had practice in 12 days. I was in a slump. So I kept myself busy around the house and left pool alone for once in my life.... LOL I have been wanting to change out the cloth on the table for sometime now but I just have not had enough time to get to it.
I went into the game room. Set up a rack with a break shot and ran 9 balls hanging the 10th ball in the corner. I then ran out the 5 remaining balls and ran another 71 before I missed a shot up in the center of the table having the cue ball stuck in the rack after a good break shot. I just did not get the rack to open properly. The shot up table could of been made, if I wasn't so pissed off at myself........ "Serenity Now"..........
I'll post the video if anyone is interested.

Nice job!!!

Haven't been able to get into the 50's, 60's or 70's since classes started 4 months ago and relegated my daily pool habit to a weekly event.

Definitely post it if you got it. I'd enjoy watching it.

Thanks,

Nice run! And YES, if you don't mind posting, I always love watching how others make it through racks. It helps me try to figure it out how to do it someday myself.

:thumbup:Nice Shooting Mikey,

I saw the post this morning and i eagerly awaited the link so i can give it a view and give you a reply.

A funny thing happens after taking a few days off. take too long and everything starts too fade, take to short and everything stays the same...My guess is that you timed it just right with a 76 Ball Run.

Good Job !

By The Way, you have to do something with that tip or the chalked...You were making my dog's head tilt when you chalk, kinda made my hairs on my back stand up too !:p

I see that the one thing that was off was your speed control, and that is normal. that comes back in time, dont get discouraged. you went into some clusters blind as well, without having insurance. you got stuck a few times, and let your abilities help you fight your way out of it.

Once Again, Great Job

Not one of my best runs when it comes to position, no doubt the 12 days off was responsible for that but I really felt good hitting some balls again. I tried not to play b/c I wanted to break down the table to put the new cloth on but never got around to it. Last night, I just had to hit some. You're correct about sending the cue ball loose a few times. I did that just to make balls roll into different areas hoping to have better patterns, which could of been dangerous but I felt that I was pocketing balls so well and I did not have no fear about shooting what ever came up and starting a new pattern from that point. Wish that I would of felt better about the shot I missed. I think I talked myself into that miss. Had some good balls to shoot at right after that shot. It would of been nice to get into that rack, if only my phone would of rang.............. I could not pass that up..LOL

argh, I don't have enough time to watch... So nothing to say on the run, sorry, but will definitely watch it in future. So far, congratulations!
