8 Ball Analyze: Rack #16

Give em the Table back

1st....Call safe....Next, shoot the 15 to open up your tough stripe down table, and put em behind the six on the rail, then there is NO shot for you opponent to play offense or defense.

Play safe with the 15 and either stun down under the 2, or draw straight back and again, go under the 2.

Can these be run. Yes, it's possible. Not probable. The biggest issue, as pointed out is the 1, 11 area.

If you take stripes, as so many have suggested, the zone for your cue ball is quite small for either the side farthest from the 11, or up in the corner where the cue ball currently sits.

The last thing you would want to do it get 2/3rds through a run, miss shape and leave a wide open table for your opponent. They'll either run out, or you'll be shooting at rails.

If you're wanting to win this game, try to get on the 11/1 as early as possible, or start tying things up.

If you absolutely insist on trying to run these out, you may want to think about playing the 11 off the back of the 7 in the corner pocket, at pocket speed. That way you clear the path for the 8 if you actually do pocket the ball.

Tuff rack!

If you take the strips and dont get to the 15 you more than likely lose, if you miss the 6 you more than likely lose..., I take the strips, try yo get to 15 from the 10, tuff!
