8-Ball Tourny I played in Last night

It was funny last night a friend of mine calls me up and asked me if I wanted to come down and watch the 8-ball tourny they had going on at are local bar so I said yea .

So I get down there and the girl that was running it asked me if I wanted to get into it I said yea why not . Now I don't play that much 8-ball so I said that I'd have to go home and get my sticks which I only live 2 blocks away .

I get back and play my first match and I was down two games and I didn't know if I could get back since I was a race to 3 and I won 3 in a row and got past the first game .

So I played two other people that are really good and didn't think I had a chance but I cleared out the winners bracket , and Played the winner of the losers bracket and this guy was good really good , So I played my haredest and didn't beat him But I still took second Place so I'm happy about that .

Anyways I just figured I'd Tell everyone that I feel great about how I finished yesturday , Lot of tough players . It's not very often that I play tournments and finish that good .

20 bucks , there was 12 people that showed up , there's more money in the 9-ball tournys on saturday , but I couldn't complain another 20 in my pocket , It's not much but it's something .
