It is not just a 3x6

That would be a 6x3. This is a 9x3 or 4x8. Light and pretty.

The Ebony into Ebony Bridge Green Veneer Cue is Scruggs. The fancy Cue is Scruggs. The 8 pointer is a Cochran.
That is by the way the first Ebony forearm Cue Tim Scruggs Custom Cue built. Bad Azz.
