9-Ball Money League Info?

Hey guys, I was just wondering where the best place to find information on 9-ball money leagues and more particularly the structure, ranking, rules and payouts. I know there won't be just one set in stone set of information on it that everyone abides by, but to be quite honest, I am having difficulty finding anything on it. Around here (at least where I live) there aren't any 9-ball money leagues... Only 8-ball money leagues. So, if anyone has a reference for a site with this information or if there is a thread or post that I am overlooking, please direct me there. I apologize if this has been asked or posted before but I did some searching here and wasn't able to come up with anything. I appreciate any information or reference material you guys have.

Here is info about setting up a handicapped league. Around here such leagues typically have weekly tournaments with most of the entry fees paid back in each tournament. Sometimes there larger or annual tournaments.
