.99 cent BCA Phone App

I saw the press release on March 14th that the BCA was doing a special on the BCA Rules Phone App for both Iphone and Android. This is a reduced price from $2.99 to $0.99 I have been unable to fine it. I'm a Android user myself. I even tried emailing someone in communication at the BCA site but the email bounced. Anyone have information on this or an email address at the BCA.

I mistakenly contacted Mark Griffin but it is not his organization that is doing this or owns the App, it was I know it would be handled better.

I also could not find it on iPhone platform searching under BCA. I did eventually find it searching for I believe billiard rules.

The press release had a link to it. It goes to the 2.97 Android app now. Says .99 cent was for a limited time only. Maybe it was a one day sale

That would be OK except I have been looking for it since the press release on the 14th.
