Thanks to everyone who came out for this tournament, and to Curtis for running (as predicted) an excellent tournament. Everything went well and we had a great time! See you all next month..

Results!

The first In-House event at VIP Billiards yielded 37 players. I allowed the additional five players as this was my first event at a new location and I was not sure of the turnout. Future events will be capped at 32.

Many thanks to Steve Didier and his wife, Jessica for hosting the event.

The field contained many strong players from as far away as DE and PA, including such names as Mike Davis, Kevin West, Josh Brothers, Brett Stottlemyer, Fred Scott, Bob Davis, Alan Duty and Tony Long. The owner of Planet Pool, Mike Ricciardella was also there and finished in the money.

Congratulations to Josh Brothers who double-dipped the straight-shooting Brett Stottlemyer in the finals to walk away with first place!

I must say that Curtis runs one of the best, if not the best, tournaments I have ever played in. On schedule, no nonsense and ends at a reasonable hour of the day!!!

I am working on exporting the brackets so that Steve Didier can post on his website.
