Yes, there is a weight bolt. Not sure if weight is adjustable. I have never done it.

Is butt cap flared( can’t tell from these phone pictures I’m looking at) and aren’t they supposed to be on those omega/dpks

Not all butt caps are flared on Omega/DPK cues. This one is not but, it is stock.
Cue is authentic.
 
Wasn,t doudting authenticity,seriously,just couldn,t remember about the butt caps.does seem like i have heard that about some not being flared.a cue made by either mike bender,kersenbrock,or both.can,t go wrong here. Beautiful cue, i have always wanted one with the piano key rings. Hope it sells soon.
