Dennis Dieckman is one of 13 cuebuilders invited to display a cue in the Smithsonian Institute. This purple heart / birdseye cue was built at the same time and shares the same materials / design. Dieckman finished the cue for the Smithsonian in the late 80's and inlayed it profusely. He finished its sister cue for himself about 14 years later, chosing to keep it simple.

Here is "Butterfly #1" and it is one of, if not the first butterfly cue made by Dieckman. The cue has 12 butterfly points in all.

Here is a Kotapelli birdseye cue built to resemble a Masse cue owned by Mike Massey.

Yes, I stand corrected. Every Dieckman is rare and every one is special. Dieckman makes a cue that feels, sounds and plays in a class by itself.
