Is the buttsleeve african blackwood?
It does except the buttsleeve and the birdseye background.the_eradicator said:i don't know, but the butt end reminds me of ER's southwest project... i might be the only one noticing this though

---------------Kelly_Guy said:It is a beautiful cue, but for what it is worth I agree with Joey, assuming he is talking about the pointed ivory inlays. I think the shapes are nice, but they are too large. Assuming the points are ivory, ivory points are a big deal, and they and the ovals should dominate, and they don't for me because of the size of the inlays. If the pointed inlays were smaller, the ivory points and ovals would stand out, and the pointed inlays would accent the cue and draw the eye from the points to the ovals rather than standing out over the points and ovals.
Just an opinion...

Some people say they (African Blackwood and Gaboon Ebony) are the same, but I'm pretty sure they're two different genus.monski said:----------
