New Years means one thing to the Sci-Fi network, The Twilight Zone marathon:eek: :D I checked the listings and found the infamous episode with Jack Klugman and Jonathan Winters called "A Game of Pool" is going to air on Monday 1/1/07 @ 6:10pm eastern(U.S.). This is a must watch episode for all pool fanatics IMO;)

Thanks for the reminder. I will definitely tune in. That's a good one! :)

I saw a CSI episode the other night which was a repeat, but it also had a pool theme to it. The forensic scientists found a trace of blue substance on the murder victim, and as you might guess, it was blue chalk. :D

Was it available individually or as part of a set? I'dlike to pick up a copy of it.

Thanks for starting this thread. I have never seen this. Looks like Amazon has both individually, in "vol 3", and as a season 3 set. I'm going to rent it from Netflix. :)

Thanks for the heads up

Read this thread yesterday, which led to me catching Twilight Zone last night. Well worth my time. And when you consider that I forsook watching my usual Seinfeld episode in that time slot, I was making a sacrifice.

The writing was excellent -- clearly done by someone who knows the game. If I have any quibbles, it would be that neither actor really handled his cue as I would expect from a top player. Their table mannerisms weren't polished, especially the big guy's (forgot his name already!). But that's a nit I can live with.

Good steer, thanks.

It was an individual CD with only 3 movies on it. (Vol # 3) ... I just looked on Movies Unlimited and it is still available on the site. When you get to the site...type in Jack Klugman in the actor search.
