A little about Deno

If some don't know what the source of the jokes or comments about Deno, here is some background.

I was shocked to see Deno get involved with this from the start. With his background and what he went through growing up, here he gets in bed with a guy who. used to, and still would if he could, sell fake cancer cures and false hope to desperate people. His family sacrificed a lot and went through a lot for him. His mother must be awfully sad to see what he has gotten himself into. Make no mistake, he did it for money, I don't know what KT promised him but we can only imagine. Deno fell under the spell and may have to pay the price.

That is sad. I just hope the money he gets from KT will be enough for him. with all the latest allegations he is going to need help and i believe KT will dump him big time when he finds out this has been made public..and to think, he is a billiard player.....................mike
 
Because the implication is that Magic is providing a "cushy" income for Mr. Andrew's mother. I didn't read it that way. It looks as tough Mary Andrews and others have started an organization to proactively help others who are facing the same things they did in regards to the stunted growth issues. Very admirable.
 
I don't think there is one of us on this board in our lifetime, thats not been taken advantage of by someone with chrisma or persona or wanting to be part of something big.
I'm not saying that DA is not wrong in allot of his actions, but with someone carrying a background like his he seems to not be one to give up quickly or easily, for that alone I think there is something of value that keeps him stoic, I know the coveted ways of KT are or can be addictive but DA may be looking at something that gives him a logical reason to be quiet. It's more likely I'm wrong, but I keep wondering what they/he keeps holding on too or reaching for other than the trickling dollars that pretty much should of stopped by now from the billiard industry/players/sponsors.
It's all hangin' out there from there end. If they ever have another tournament, they will spend more time dealing with lack of trust and showing they mean well than doing whats needed to make an event run smoothly. DA better take some singing lessons to strengthen his vocal cords, the dialogue for the future will be long winded. WTF is goin' on, "really"?
