May be too much all at once but I think they are far enough apart and on different traffic arteries so it will work. The new Ricochet's just south of Baton Rouge on Airline Hwy has the tables in and is hiring help now. They may be open, if not they will be soon. I rarely travel Burnside into Gonzales and just learned that the old Dalton's Family Restaurant on Burnside is now Gonzales Billiards. They seem to be open now. No idea of the tables or any info. I'll pass through soon and see. Finally although I think I reported it earlier, Q-Balls on the other side of Airline on "Burnside"(Hwy 44) has expanded. Seven footers and one nine footer in the front room. I am not sure if they have added to the poolroom or simply taken over the night spot behind them. Either way, the owner should have good income and the noise and such should be behind a wall or mostly behind a wall.
All three halls are within about a ten mile radius of each other. Hopefully they all do good. Traffic counts should work.
