A Little help, Please

It appears to be in good condition. In my opinion, it would be a decent cue for $80-100...certainly far better than an Action.

Thanks for the advice, but I had to step away near the end so I didn't win.
That's ok, I'm sure it's not the first , nor will it be the last cue of this or similar quality to go for around this price. I just have a pool playing buddy who recommended this brand for novice to intermediate players before they buy a high end cue. He followed that up by saying Lucasi or Schemelke might also be good brands comparable to Viking for my next cue.
He made 2 recommendations that kind of make sense.
1.) Don't pop for a more expensive cue you view as the ultimate, because you then won't have anything to look forward to.
2.) The cue you think would be the ultimate isn't the same cue as you will get when you buy a higher end cue, I need a lot more table time to know what my likes and needs really are.
Does this make sense?

Thanks
