Outstanding cue Kenny!!! Like others have stated... the ring at the "A" joint is just incredible! Can't wait to get my new cue... feel free to post progress pics here in the gallery.

Just curious as to whether the mesquite wreaked any havoc with your bits? From what I understand due to mainly where mesquite grows, it normally has quite a bit of silica imbedded within it.

I was just curious...

This cue deserves another look... great design and the ring below the points is insane!!! Congrats Mickey!

Kenny, your cues keep getting better and better. I'm enjoying the cue I bought from you a lot and after seeing this one I'm ready to order another one! Whoever the lucky owner of this cue is, he's getting a beautiful cue.

Updates on the cue ..

Thank you all for the kind words, I dont guess the owner has seen it yet or I probably would have had a call or email by now. I have not talked to him about it in a couple of months.

Did anybody else perk up when they read this part? Made me check my bank account..........

How did you like working with the mesquite? That's a hell of a cue. I have to make it through my list of cuemakers, but you might have bumped yourself up on my list with this one lol :)

I did not have any problems working with the mesquite. It cut fine and smooth, sanded and finished well. I am not really sure where I got this piece of wood, have had it a long time, at least 8-9 years. It was under a shelf for several years till I had to find something I dropped on the floor and "remembered" it was down there.
