Got ya, I just thought he was talking about the area so people didn't suggest Atlanta or something. You are correct though.

Atlanta is a great city for the US Open, if I was doing it that is where it would be held at.

The one and only reason Mark Griffin does NOT host a US Open 9 Ball event is the name is owned or copywrited by Barry Behrman and or his DBA. Can't say whether a US Open 9 ball event would be bigger and better with MG or someone else running it. One thing for sure is the players would get paid immediately. How many years can someone underestimate expenses and overestimate income before you figure the guy just can't make the event happen any other way. Feel bad for Barry. Think he really does want everything to go smoothly. Just doesn't know or want to know how to do it.
