It could have been a disaster. Barack Obama had wandered smack dab in the middle of a raucous pool game, eight Iraq war vets hooting and howling with each shot. The back room at Whistle?s sports bar in Scranton, PA was buzzing, and these young soldiers were quick to reel him into the action.
"Who?s up?" he asked.
"You are," was the immediate response, and a pool cue was quickly shoved in his hand. It?s the stuff that potential political blunders are made of. The Senator eyed the table, pacing it like a pro, before leaning over.
"Three ball," he said, lining up his shot.

Obama managed to sink more complicated bank shots, even if it wasn't always clear they were the shots he intended. (He was also the subject of a little charity: No one said anything when he accidentally sank the eight ball.) When Obama took a big lead, Scott said, "They told me to let you win."

god forbid he should become president, as he'd turn the US into a Marxist nanny state, micromanaging the peoples lives from the womb to the tomb, cause they don't trust you can do it yourself.
Hell, he's already stated as an elitist, that he doesn'tuch care for the lower income religious folks in the country. I sure be some of his supporters are both faithful AND gun owners but are too stupid to realize what he is saying.
I think there should be new requirements in order to vote. Too many "blind" sheep here in the US.

Wow, how unfortunate this light-hearted thread takes a turn for political mumbo jumbo.I don't like somebody cramming their political beliefs down my throat. To each their own. BTW, I am not voting for Obama. I just wanted to enjoy this thread about Obama playing pool without having to read somebody else's harshly stated political views, some of which I do not agree with.
