I am very happy to report that recently when a minor issue came up with a Samsara product, Jim, the owner at Samsara, stepped up beyond what I expected in order to make things right.

Know that this company not only puts out great products but they stand behind them, too. :thumbup:

We could use a lot more people like Jim at Samsara. :smile:

I don't think it's surprising that a company named Sansara pays attention to karma.
But I wonder if they achieve their ultimate goal of nirvana...
...will all Samsara cues disappear?
....leaving their poor owners playing with wallabuskas?
