Maybe you should offer buyers from countries with ivory importation issues that you will help them plan a Phillippine vacation and shop tour! For example...fly in to Manilla, visit you at your shop, pick up cue, tour all the great pool halls, travel to a nice beach for a couple days and return. My dream vacation!

etc.I think you've nailed it. I know everyones need a dream vacation in life. Another way also is to meet in other asian countries like Thailand. I know lot of them are going there because of the great adventures.
