I'm sure most of you know about Nielsen's Billiards already. I just want to say (for those of you that don't know) that Joe is a friendly character, and that I will definitely purchase another cue from him. I bought a Predator 5k2 from his eBay store, and I also got a sweet deal on a Viking F20 (off of eBay transaction). Waaaaaaay below retail on both of these. Off of eBay transactions with Joe save you more money. Check out his eBay store!

Very good guy. I purchased a nice x-breaker from him. It was my first pool related purchase over the net that went completely smooth.

I can't say the same about the predator I bought from another known store (everybody that saw my predator, told me that it is a used one :()
 
I'll second that. Joe is a great guy to do business with as I bought my first real cue from him last month. He answers questions right away and shipped faster that I thought possible. If you look at his ebay site type in blow out and it wil pull up some great deals.

Care to share what store this was? PM if you are not comfortable saying,but these things should be revealed IMO.
 
Agreed that he's a pleasure to deal with.

When I bought a Predator Z2 shaft from him, unfortunately it turned out to have a defect that a number of batches seemed to have. When I told him the info, he offered to replace it himself but said that Predator's turn-around would probably be faster. He also e-mailed me their addresses and to whose attention I should send it.

He included a detailed reply as to the defect, and the number of occurrences that seemed to be popping off from the new shafts. He treated the situation with detail anid respect, and not BS.
 
Its great to see that so many other people have had the same good experience that i have everytime i deal with Joe, i would recommend him to anyone as his customer service is the best. Whatever you are looking for cues cases accessories he has something for you.

He can even arrange for predator shafts etc to be made to match your custom cues.

Its my favorite poolrelated shop, i order from Austria, and the shipping is most time faster (and cheaper) then from Austria or Germany.
