Hello guys,

I was refinishing a table and evidently used too strong of a stripper. Consequently...the diamond sights are discolored and etched somewhat. I don't really know the best course of action from here? If I could find some sort of white putty...should I fill them in with that? I guess once I coat it with the varnish, it will seal the putty and then there would be no discolorization...I guess? However, then I wouldn't have that abalone look to the sight...which does add beauty. I really am at a loss to know what to do here. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,
TT
