i know my forgetfullness gets the best of me sometimes,
but
i swore , in the past, i used a couple G10 pins, 3/8 x 10 with the standard .312 minor diameter,
NOT the flat minor .308 style
i've looked on atlas and prathers both and cant find them
did they quit making them or did they ever?
i'm also confused about the interchangability (is that a word?) between the two style pins
here's the scenario:
got a jumpbreak with a stainless pin, 3/8x10 .312M in the handle
this guy wants to be able to use the 17" butt if he wants
sooooooooooooo,
if i used a 3/8x10 FLAT .308 MINOR G10 for the joint,
will both the butt and the forearm match the shaft threads?????
if it does screw in, wouldn't it have a bunch of slop??? seems so
one more question
is the 3/8x10 M (.312) style available in aluminum?
didnt see those on atlas or prathers either
