ACA Hall of Fame

Having been a fan of his work for over 20 years, I was very happy to see my friend go into the Hall of Fame. Congrats to Richard & Ardie for a job well done! 
His wife made it into the hall too?
This happened like what, a month ago? Neither the ACA nor Mr. Black have updated their websites to reflect this achievement.

Walker B. (and John Bender) was sitting at Richard's Table as guest of honor.. How cool was that!!! Great meeting you Walker...:smile:
BTW, That was Walker's "The Force" Cue, entered by Richard Black to the "Cue of the Year" display..
No, not Officially, but, we (and I know Richard would not mind me saying),
know she is a big part in his life and does help with the cuemaking..
I've never seen her get much credit.. I thought it would be a nice time to
let the world know she is very much apart of him..

Nope, just him. He did say that he wouldn't have been there without her though. And she does all of his leather wraps. :smile:
Actually it was just last Saturday night that it was officially announced. :smile:

I asked the question in that one (if this was announcing his nomination or he was in) and was lead to believe he was in.
Oh well, whenever. It is a very deserving honor for a true craftsman.
Richard Black belongs (atop) any Hall of Fame U.S or Around the World
thanks for all you have contributed to( Billiard Cue Artistry) His cues look like (MONET CAMILLE AU JARDIN). Not many cuemakers could put a half million in cues on 1 nine-foot-like Richard can. Well deserved! Great he gets this award while living!!!!! mark
