Hows Sparky playing? He called me yesterday & said he had a new cue & was wanting me to work on it...I didn't get a chance before the tourney. He likes THIN shafts...if it ain't thin with a Triangle he probably isn't doing too well. Hopefully he'll manage.

They didn't play another set. Sparky is playing strong. Mike Davis and Brian White are playing each other in the 1 hole tourney. 1-1 right now

somewhere in my closet i have this pic I shot of Tony when he was 14 at a Chicago tournament in the early 90s. I watched him get the 8 from Dennis Hatch and stick it to the hatchetman the first night I was there. Tony had a bankroll that barely fit into his pocket and he had some girl in her early 20s following him around practically begging him for his other pool stick.

reminds me of a story i heard about tony..i used to run around with jeremy jones years back, and he told me about a story when he was with tony at some pool tourney when tony was in his teens..now tony seems a little goofy to me, so i can understand this..anyways..they were at the hotel and were getting ready to go to the pool hall...tony was in the shower and for some unknown reason comes running out of the bathroom shoutin " hey guys take a look at this!"...basically he was showin off that he is "well hung"....lol
