I'm looking at buying an Adam from their first catalog, early 70's. I was wondering if any of you know whether or not that marked their cues at this time. I know they've been using the lion for awhile but was there a premarked Adam's era? Thanks ahead of time.

Jayman can tell you all about it I am sure, but many Adams were not marked AFAIK....even after they started marking them. The early ones are not marked.
The 8th cue in this pic is an Adam J/R-10 and is unmarked, it is substantially newer than what you are looking at.

Thanks for the info. I just wanted to make sure the cue I was looking at didn't have the butt cap replaced. I will see if jayman has any but I'm not sure if he would be willing to give one up for the price ill be getting this one at, considering this one has had the ferrule replaced.
