Adams Cue , What is it worth ?

Doug just told me that Phil The Fin's cue is a Helmstetter, not a Lucasi, which makes sense.
So in my opinion the cue listed on this thread an authentic Adam, not a fake :smile: Adam cue.
I'm certainly relieved that the cue is not a fake, because I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing there are fake Adam cues lurking around.
Also, Phil The Fin had an operation, but we don't know anything yet.

Doug is wrong. I played with the 2 cues that Phil has at the old folks rec center.
One of the cues is a 6 point ebony Helmstetter the other is a Lucasi very similar to the one pictured in this thread.
I tried to buy the Lucasi and Phil said no. I then tried to buy the Helmstetter and Phil said no you played better with the Lucasi. I then said sell me the Lucasi and he said no. I then dropped the conversation.WTF.

Based upon cues of comparable design and equivalent brand mfr, as long as the cue is straight, anywhere from $165- $275 at the very top end.
