I recently added this instructional video known as the Rail Workout to my www.howcast.com account. I love this workout and highly recommend all level players try to work it into their training, very useful shots that come up over and over that you want to be able to shoot with confidence.

Once proficient it?ll take you about 60-90 minutes to perform and you should feel very much in stroke when done. High level players that don't like to practice drills, this one is perfect for you.

All feedback, ratings and subscribers appreciated, I?m trying to get howcast off on the right foot as far as pocket billiards instruction goes and by subscribing or commenting it helps keep these videos on top of searches done by aspiring players or fans. Thanks Joe T

I will try these. I just watched a few sections but will watch the rest. Heck
part 1 was enough to scare me. You make hitting those rail first with inside shots look easy. I tend to bobble those or get to much draw on them.

One section at a time is the best way to learn that workout rahter than all at once and then eventually you'll be flowing thru the whole thing. My table was playing kinda easy, its much tougher on tight tables but most clubs the tables aren't tight!
