Hey all,

Some of you here watch ChalkySticks TV already... if you don't, check it out.

I recently added a One Pocket station to the channel guide... accessible here as well.

Some other updates:

- The latest version of the app (1.9.6) will be coming out tonight for Android and later in the week for iOS. You can see the current version on the mobile site.

- Added the ability to login on ChalkySticks TV. Use your ChalkySticks login from the app to sign in and you can use that name in the chatroom.

- Added 80+ more hours of videos across snooker, 8ball, etc.

- Added Rulebooks to the app [1.9.6]. Right now it just has a couple for 8-ball and 9-ball, but they will grow over time. If you have suggestions/links, reply with the links. You can see them now on the mobile website. [screen 1] [screen 2]

- Added a better Help section with more information that can also be updated frequently by me when things change.

- Added a little ad spot, currently featuring FCI Billiards, which could also feature you!

- It's been a while since I posted here, so I'm not sure if ChalkySticks Map was out back then. But that's a thing...

- Added Wallet so you can earn some loot. [screen 1] [screen 2] [screen 3]

------

Wallet is a way of earning "cash," that can later be used for things like gambling against other players, redeeming prizes, or boosts in various parts of the app. You earn cash by doing things around the app like using beacons, checking in at bars, submitting/updating revisions for places, creating diagrams on Pad*, watching ads*, or winning them from others in Champions*.

* These features may not be implemented yet, but will be soon.

------

Again, if you're not seeing 1.9.6 in the store.. that means it's still awaiting approval from Google/Apple. It'll be out soon and you can see the latest version on the mobile website until then.

Also, we're looking for people that can help us maintain content.. like keeping tournaments up to date, adding/making diagrams, posting regular pool news, etc.

If anyone else interested in helping out/contributing, send me a line

Someone in here asked a great question the other night and I-too (John) would like to know the answer....

I am hoping that one of you guys know...

Why is pool-chalk flavored so poorly?

I think this is a good effort. I love this sport all my life. I had a lot of fun along the way and learned some powerful lessons about life. I might be able to add some content.

Kind Regards,
Michael McDonald
