Adjusting older Dynamo to use Aramith plug cueball

Is it possible to adjust an older Dynamo bar table so that it can accept the Aramith green "S" or Aramith 2 1/4" magnetic plug ball?

The oversize cueball sucks, and the Dynamo red dot is overweight / doesn't return more than half the time.

Thanks for your input! :)

No, not if it's using the weight separator scale to return the cue ball, because the cue ball has to weigh more than the object balls in order for it to work.

the short answer is no. i tried to adjust the seperator on my dynamo by adding washers and wound up with a mess, almost all balls went to the cue return or the cue ended up in the ball return window. had to take them out and go back to stock.

Table

Buy a smart table and remove the interior. Then install into a Dynamo. Presto Duno. It is magic. Buy a Smart table and be done.

If this table is in a bar, why not a new Diamond coin-op instead of a Valley?

Glen

It's my friend's pub. He doesn't own the two pool tables. He has a contract with an amusements company which only has Valley or Dynamo.

If it were my business I'd buy two Diamond Smart tables and cut out the amusement company.

Then advise your friend that vending companies are switching over to Diamonds on a regular basis...and that if they want to KEEP his business....then to get him some Diamond tables...happens quite often believe it or not;)
