Affordable Masse Cue?

I've looked everywhere for a nice Masse cue, but only thing that show's up is Eric Yow's signature masse cue. I also saw a 26 oz Action breakjump cue that has a reverse taper on the butt and has the handle style jump as the second section of the butt. Would an action cue do the job? It's a bit over a $100 bucks and I would be able to save $150, without going for Eric's masse cue. I like the reverse taper, that way theoretically it's easier to grab when doing the masse shots. Any other affordable masse cues? Thanks!

Try Crown Cues. I have a masse cue from them that I love.They start at $260.

Billiardshot, I did a search and Cuetec no longer makes it. Ebay does not currently have any masse's on sale, except for the Eric Yow cue. Dieckman's are awesome, but out of my budget. Was going to get one custom made from Crown, but I found a custom builder that would make me one at a better price. Should be here in a few weeks!
 
4-6 weeks starting next week, should be alot of fun, glad we worked out a deal, ill post pics next week for you.

Other than the spec (not that I know what they are), what is the difference between a Mass'e cue, a pool playing cue, and a billiard cue?

Does it give better control of the shots or more power and spin.

I don't know anything about them...

shorter, heavier, and a fatter shaft this one should weigh around 26 when finished. 14mm shaft and be 44" long
