I thought I would show you guys my newest acquisition.. This cue is a 1985 Franklin that is 100% Original right down to the micarta ferrules, joint protectors, and what looks to be the original Morri tips. The cue is absolutely "Dead Straight" in every way and the balance is incredible. Although it weighs in at just over 20oz, it really feels lighter than that. I have experienced that on other cues I have owned and I attribute it to the balance of the cue.. Enjoy the pics.. I plan to list it for sale in the near future..

Nice pick up here.. We won't be seeing many more of these . Great cue thanks for sharing!!

This cue is, I'll borrow from another member, The Nutz! Pictures don't do it justice. Unmolested, clean but still sweaty, straight as an arrow, and very rare original joint protectors.. Same as I had on my 87" delivered by the late John Wright.... yes this is an 87 not 85.. (Dan put the wrong year down)... I hit a few balls with it and as I expected it feels like all the old SW's I've had.. Sweet!... Thanks to those who could have pulled the trigger but knew how much this cue meant to me..

Didn't want to bump the for sale thread so I posted here instead...

Happy this ended up in one of the good guys hands! Jerry learned from David, and built some of the best playing cues ever!

Enjoy it Tim!
