After a Loss - Thoughts and Ideas

Analyze how you lost the match. Did I lose due to my mistakes, or did my opponent beat me? If my opponent beat me, were there spots I could have done something different whether it was taking a hard cut instead of a bank for example and if so go practice the shot you were scared of taking.

If I lost because of my mistakes what were they and how can I improve so they don't happen in my next match? How was my mental preparation? If you aren't sure what your mistakes are then you have to take a step back to really examine your game. Once you get to a certain level you "should" be able to see why you missed shots for whatever reason it was.

I loose alot here lately and somehow find the passion to go on by studying my critical shots that i missed. For me i try to practice today what tomorrow may bring! What i missed that was game changing! Hope this hrlps! If not the previous guy was right. Alcohol works great with ptsd and anxiety!!!

Ha ptsd and anxiety same here, what works for me is just take it for what it is a loss is a loss and its not a loss to your life. I feel whem people miss and lose big games it just comes down to incositanticy if you practice and being consitanit or how ever you spell it you start to win those bigger games.
