Is the table wider at the bottom of the picture or the top? The camera can do funny things with how you think the balls are.


Yes, but from the appearance of things (like the rails), they are not using a lens that would distort (curve) the perspective.

Those pockets on Table 1 and 6 at H.T. are = to or less than 4.00"...though at that distance on the 13. Then the 6 isn't a gimme at that distance.
 
So shooting that ball is too risky but cutting this in isn't? This shot has sell out written all over it. Not only is it very low percentage to pocket the ball, it's almost a 100% chance to sell out if he misses. He actually got lucky and only left Alex a hard shot when he missed...

Clearly, one of the rules in 1P is this, If the defensive shot is as hard as the offensive shot, go with the offense. He was in a tough spot. Try to figure a good safe from where he was, not much there.---Smitty
 
I really think the better shot is to shoot the seven and let the CB come down to the end rail. Looks like the angle on the seven will be just right to pull this shot off.---Smitty
