Anybody watched that show on ESPN, where they were talking about momentum and vectors and what not. It was quite interesting and one would learn a few things here and there except i fell asleep cause it reminded me of school lol. It got boring at the end. It's like one of those "education" shows.

I saw that the other night except it was Jeanette doing it. I think it was a few years old and used as part of cable in the classroom on ESPN. It was pretty cool to see pool being used in a positive way.

Yea it was kinda cool......it was abit confusing but i think they did a good job. They finally used pool for educational purposes.

I agree on the confusing part. Maybe it is because it has been awhile since I was in a geometry class?

I saw the one with jeanatte the other night, i started thinking about what they was doing and it was confusing, i bet theres a pool hall somewhere with a mirror on the wall next to the table where u could use it. I noticed how they wanted you to think that the one kid shooting was a beginner but i could tell from how he bridged he wasn't, hollywood has always tried to make beginner players look like pro's it's really sad how they portray pool. One thing that bothers me about espn is you never ever see pool on sportscenter, this is really sad because theres so many fantastic shots. Most non pool players are amazed by simplistic shots, i think it would bring a lot more attention to pool if they could see these fantastic shots on sports center and make a larger market for it. Who wants to see freaking bowling highlights, it's disgusting bowling is more popular than pool. They could at least show highlights of the world championships of pool or the mosconi cup, they are really holding pool back from the mainstream. Some coverage is better than no coverage at all, but it's annoying how they show the same coverage over and over.

Evidently a lot of people disagree with you and me on this point, or at least the people at ESPN do.

What the....? There's nothing about Allison Fisher in here! Anyway, can anyone tell me if she's related to Bobby Fisher, the chess legend?
