With a cam running you re paying more attention and concentrate a bit more- that s my experience. a guy here (who is anyway a great player!) usualy makes constantly 220-300 balls in equal-offense. Started cam on him.........and he ran 389 ...- it s funny, but works anyhow- if ppl knowing to play for audience they re paying more attention. Next to this keeping yourself or another guy is very helpful to find errors (if you want to :grin-square:).

Boris Grunow- he runs (if he s finding time to train) also an equal offense run of 10 innings at the end of the training. He used to play BL in Oberhausen- atm playin 2nd League in Duesseldorf. Still a good player. And a nice guy, too^^.
think average he plays about 220-250 on equal offense. Very constantly. I call him always *concentration-piggy* :p

No Sascha- was writing about *an equal offense* run- thats always 10 innings- sorry if you misunderstood that :-)
Last time he ran 112 (one inning) - also not so bad ^^
 
I just bought a camcorder on ebay, so i hope i will get a run on tape, soon... any of you guys know how long i can record on a 1 GB Card ? 640x480...

All right Sascha. That's great. I can't wait to see one of your runs, no matter what it is. Video taping yourself will help your game, like I said. Maybe you will be able to see something while your watching it that will help you to make improvements in your game. As for me, I never see nothing wrong with my video's..................................... LOL....... LOL
 
I will see if that helps, i know that not everything is perfect but i don´t care about how somebody stands or how the grip hand is anyway, there are enough world class players out there which are not textbook. i just hope i will be able to run more then 20 again, soon....
 
ran 60 today and scratched badly when trying to break up a cluster. damn it i was right in the zone this time, and too bad the camera was not here yet... well next time then...

also another 57 last night, missed an easy breakshot behind the rack cause some drunk fool was talking to my girlfriend and i was thinking of talking to him a bit lol
