Alternative Spindles

Hello everyone, Is there anyone currently using a router as their cnc cutting tool. I would expect that most people have some kind of spindle that is powered by a motor as mine is. If so, do they hold tolerance well and conistently. That is my main concern in that if you are cutting a series of inalys and the router loosed its concentricity then you will essentially have a ruined cue with either oversized pockets or irregular parts. I know that 90 percent of routers are not made for perfect tolerances and are more or less for larger bits and heavier cutting but Im told that Bosch has a unit that holds up pretty well and is accurate enough for parts and pockets. I may be wrong. Any feedback will be appreciated. Thanks and happiness.

Years ago I went to an Air Driven Router with very high RPM and got it from Graingers. Support and lack of any vibration are two of the big key issues.
