Ramon Alvarado signed on to compete in the Sullivan Open Tour’s event this past weekend (Sat., April 18), looking for his second, regional tour win on the tour, having won his first, just shy of a couple of months ago (Sat., February 28). He found it. Sort of. He went undefeated to the hot seat of the event that drew 29 entrants to Shooter’s Family Billiards in Wayne, NJ and would later, along with Cristoph Neumayer, split the top two cash prizes.
