I don't think he was planning it then or he would have taken it sooner. I think I would have tried to hit it on two cushions if I had to play it. One safety play there would have been to lag to the back of the rack and try to loosen a ball to eliminate the up-table option.
 
That was a Great shot. To play that under that type of situation. That was nice to watch, really enjoyed watching.

Try to be nice Bob Jewett is a highly capable player and sponsor and his thoughts on play is lstened to by most in the pool world including JS and DH so ez on the humor

I know Bob, at least I played him when I was on the West Coast a few years ago. I'm hoping he knows this was a joke. Bob, you do know that, right? :D

It was obviously a joke since the two-rail path is obviously the right way to play the shot.:grin:
 
Bob is awesome. Love the sense of humor. His contributions to straight pool cannot be measured. But that was a heck of a shot.
 
Maybe my game is limited but I would of played for a one rail kick like Schmidt did.
