An Uptick In Pool Related Commercials

anyone else noticing an uptick in commercials that show pool being played?

in the last 24 hours I saw JC Penny, VW Golf, and a beer commercial (forgot the brand) where a few guys are standing around a pool table hitting some balls saying they need a change from their routine so they go on a trip and end up doing the exact same thing at another bar except this one has red cloth on their tables.

nice to see pool being acknowledged, albeit in a somewhat minor way...

I noticed the same thing.... in movies and TV shows, they still show the dirt bags they are about to arrest at the poolhall, but the commercials are showing folks playing pool and having fun. Quite a lot lately. Was not sure how this happened, but it's kinda cool

Doubt that. But hey whatever works. I think all could ACTUALLY AGREE that a COM type resurgence led by BO would be just fine for all!$$$
BTW "instead of working" comment shows where you're coming from.
